Pack & Ship 101

How much would this cost me?

  • $2 per package. We highly recommend passing this on to your customer by increasing the retail price by $1 and/or the shipping/handling fee by $1. (i.e. we started charging a $2 fee for pick ups years ago and it went unnoticed.)

  • $30 ONLY $15 for the service which helps cover our equipment and other business expenses.

    (HALF PRICE for the first 20 people! You will be locked in to this price for your first six months!)

How will I know what to charge my customer?

We will provide you with a chart showing the shipping cost by ounces. You will be charged the exact shipping cost + $2 for every package. You will receive an invoice every week for your shipped packages.

How do I get my orders to you?

We use a software called ShipStation. Your website will be directly linked to our system. We will be able to see in real time what packages need to be shipped. As soon as the label is created, your website will be updated with the shipping update + tracking information. Your customer will receive a branded tracking email.

What if I do a lot of local PICK UP orders?

You will save a lot of time by making the switch away from pick ups. We are offering a SUBSCRIPTION style shipping method this year for our pick up customers. The customer pays $15 and receives free shipping for 4 months. You simply give them a personalized discount code to your store that expires in six months.

CUSTOMIZING packages! The beauty of not drop shipping orders.

  • Thank you cards - we love including these in your packages! It makes all the difference for your customers! You have two options: 1) Send your order of thank you cards directly to our address and we will include them in all of your packages. 2) We will create a customized thank you card with a picture on it for you and print them in bulk. There is a small fee + the price of the cards.

  • Tracking Emails - your customers will receive an email when their order ships out. It will include a branded tracking slip that has your business logo and social media links.

  • Shipping Labels - We can add a small note on the bottom of every shipping label for your customers to see. You will send this to us to include for your packages.

  • Product name stickers - Every product will have your sticker on them. You can drop ship them to us or we can create simple stickers with your information on it and print them for you.

Will you keep inventory on hand for me?

Yes! We will keep up to one bulk order of each product on hand for you. This is included in your monthly subscription.

Pack & Ship 101: Overview

Simply link your online store to our software allowing us to see your orders in real time. We will print your labels and package your customers customized orders. Your website will automatically be updated with the correct shipping information. Your customer will receive a branded tracking email for your business. You will subscribe to this service with a $40 monthly fee which helps cover our overhead expenses. You will pay $2 per package as a handling fee. You can easily pass this on to your customer through shipping costs and/or retail price.
